Thread: FA Cup draw

The problem is there are only 34 teams in the Northern part of the draw compared to 46 in the Southern part so something had to give somewhere but it seems harsh they can't even make it half and half and we get shafted. Also Hereford played Truro in the previous round and have joined us in the Northern side of the draw.

Some very odd decision makers at FA HQ, anyway it is what it is another long jaunt and a new ground to chalk off the list so it’s not all doom and gloom

My way of solving the problem would be to have 3 groups one of 28 and the other two of 26. Make it a Northern section and then either a Midland and South or a east and west for the other two.

They (FA) just don’t care do they? A Longlevens official was telling me about the next FA Vase game. They’ve been drawn at home against a team from IOW. Due to the travel times Longlevens has to pay their coach and accommodation (18 x £50 for hotel alone). Even if they win the tie they will be out of pocket by a not insignificant amount. How can that be allowed to happen?!
