Half Time: Kings Lynn 1 City 1 (I'll take that at full time against the league leaders before kick off)

Great point, will give great confidence even though probably feels like a defeat at the moment!
1 point closer to 50 and then everyone can really enjoy the season.

Full time at Kings Lynn: Linnets 2 City 2

Looks like they equalised in added time

Instead of going up two places we drop to fourteenth on goal difference

We played really well today and were unlucky not to win but we’d have taken a draw up there before the game.

Conceded an early goal (again) and it looked a bit ominous but we were the better side for most of the first half and deserved our equaliser be it from a mixup at the back for them.

In the second half we continued playing well, Joe had a well taken goal. Late pressure from the finally told as they scored with virtually the last kick.

The players looked gutted at the end but they should be proud of a good performance against a decent side who haven’t lost at home since November 2017.

8 of the 23 goals we’ve conceded this season have come in the first 15 minutes of games. Similar issue last season with goals late in first half or early in second half.

True, but at least season were scoring for fun, 18 goals(8th best) and that with are strikers missing a few games.
Sounds a lot more exciting than last year!

Stupendous day out.Nice ground to visit.I thought we played really well and a draw was actually a fair result in the end. The whole squad can hold their heads high after that performance.

Nice easy ground to get to for our next game, so get yourself there and support the lads.
