    Up where we belong

    Some interesting results on Saturday.

Supposedly Southport are in disarray yet they still put four on Boston. Nuneaton suffered the same fate. Could one of those two go down?

Gainsborough seemed to sign decent players left, right and centre but lost at home.

And Jas was man of the match as Telford won at York

I like the idea of a North thread. Keeping an eye on old friends and foes.

"Just" 1600 watching FCUM last night. Everyone on holiday and Man Utd were on the telly!

Remember they cancelled an event at the club last Christmas after a game as Man Utd were playing in the 530pm kick off on Sky

We have a shit start to the season in the Cockney League after finishing well in the Whippett & Wife Beating league last year.

Last night's result in the NLP - Flybe 1-4 Maidenhead

Conclusive proof that the South > North

And in the battle of the top scorers from the North and South last season, Rowe has only scored 1 in 4 games for Flybe and Tarpey has netted 7 already, including all 4 against Flybe

Of course it doesn't. Fylde nearly beat Ebbsfleet on Saturday. Also worth pointing out that Maidnehead and Ebbsfleet were a fair way clear of everyone else in the league.

He'll have a lot of days off if they continue to defend like that. Terrible.

Entertaining game at Telford again, they had loads of chances but still lost 2-3 after being 0-3 down.

Blyth's second, look at it, perfect ball across the area and the penalty that followed, LOL!
