    No ground updates until September

At the end of the press release about EMG and AP being co chairmen was this.

"Now we have planning granted and our funding application is in, we’re currently working with the FSIF in the due diligence stage, which due to the nature of our detailed application will be concluded we hope at the end of September 2019. Until the conclusion of the application there will be no future updates on the ground unless something changes."

Does that mean no work is being done until after the end of September? - So much for any chance of returning to MP next season

You have posed a valid question, answered it yourself by taking a negative view.
Why? Do you know something that we don’t know?

We were told that the first game of 2020 would be at Meadow Park. It'll need to be an incredibly quick build if that's going to remain true.

No I don't know anything, but if work isn't going to start until after the end of September then there's no way the pitch will be ready to play on before March or April at the earliest.

Any snags or hold ups due to bad weather would extend that date to the end of the season.

Odd isn't it how anyone can be negative after 12 years and countless false dawns.

I appreciate that there are a lot of potential obstacles to getting back to Meadow Park next season but (there is always a but) you are interpreting a statement saying that there will be no further statements until September to mean that there will be no further work on the ground from now until September.
You may be correct but (there it is again) that is not what the statement says.

I note that you changed your original post when you started this thread!

    Why was that?

If only there was some means of for them to communicate what they are doing (or not doing) to the fans.
