Thread: JoJo Wollacott

    JoJo Wollacott

For anyone who may have missed the announcement, JoJo has signed up for the rest of the season.

A real relief, as he's been absolutely instrumental in our miserly goals against record of late.

    Top fella as well!
Pitying people who need to drink alcohol to have a good time since 4th June 2017.

I was very concerned reading this thread title as I feared he'd been recalled.

Fantastic news he's signed on til the end of the season. He's been a huge part of our turnaround in fortunes.

Goalkeepers can be recalled at 24 hours notice by their parent club. Mark Yates is a prime example. Clubs tread a very thin line with loan keepers and many have caught a cold in the past. It is a specialist area and player registration deadline day is just around the corner. Being prepared for the possibility of losing your No1 choice after deadline day is something all clubs should plan for.

Great news,Id imagine hes is very confident at the moment and that hes receiving recognition for his efforts, Brian Tinnion will be pleased how the loan has gone.

He's been excellent and deserves to go far. His positioning/instinct is uncanny, the ball seems to follow him about sometimes. His only relative weakness seems to be distribution but that may be because he rarely has anyone to aim at!!

Every silver lining has a cloud.

Best ask Darryl Tandy to get his gloves out.

Didn't we sign a backup keeper the other week anyway?

Hence we signed Freddie Lapworth, who has been warming the bench recently. Come on guys keep up!

Shandy, that cloud you speak of can result in a heavy downpour and one which wasnt predicted.

No umbrella ☔️ in place, so you can get really wet and could catch a cold!

The only consolation is that the sun will come out eventually and make the world seem a better place than when it was raining.

Fantastic news Dave - Citygul exactly right. As I put on the Chelmsford thread his handling especially of high crosses is superb - no flapping or punching try’s to catch everything. Huge bonus for us.
