Funny, I remember posting that iíd heard we might take VR, which is true (I had heard) and other people had heard it too. And as usual you canít differentiate between on and off the pitch, try to look at them separately if you have the mental capacity and not get too overexcited.

    Well done Ricco, great turnaround.

Thanks but still here as I always have been and always will be. Put eastbourne down as a long day just like just like flyde/blyth

Ps any update on how the new ground is being funded as no mention of that in the latest update?

    Cheers

Great to see you all today. A decent match - a draw for Eastbourne would not have been undeserved! - but impressive performance from your boys and surely now safe for another season. Just the minor problem of a home ground now!

Eastbourne stewards particularly asked me to pass on their thanks to you all, for being such genial and friendly visitors. Thankfully not all Sussex clubs are hostile environments, you see.... Sorry not to socialise afterwards but had to shoot away and write the NLP report. Will try to get to Evesham again soon.

Where was Ethan today, after scoring the winner last week not even making the bench this week, is he still with us.

I thought Eastbourne deserved a point as well to be honest. What was pleasing to see though is we were gifted a chance and we took it. Earlier in the season we would have missed it and wouldn't have won the game. Eastbourne had a similar chance in the first half which was saved. Eastbourne had plenty of the ball, but in the first half especially they didn't really do a lot with it. The 3G pitch might make passing the ball easier, but it was quite dull watching them just pass it sideways all the time. 2nd half I thought they edged it and really did think they would score but luckily for us they didn't.

Fair play to Ricco I wasn't sure he was the right man for the job, but he has done really well. If he keeps it up 7th place might not be a total fantasy.

Great result. Love ugly 1 0 wins. Really chuffed for Hamon and the defence. Ricco has us defending well.

Can it be confirmed that IF by some miracle we made the playoffs, we wouldn't actually be able to compete for ground reasons?

Another great result on the road. Well done to Ricco, all the squad and all those that travelled from different parts of the country to watch.

Three of our last five wins have been 1-0. We’ve tightened up defensively in recent weeks and James is showing why he is playing at a higher level.

Ricco has created belief in this team, always thought heard was a good coach but he is proving to be a very good manager
Forget about the play offs lets keep this team in the top half and when we get home push on into the Conference
What a difference these past 8 games have made and it proves football is a funny old game and don't you just love it!!!

I have heard about a possible serious injury to his 'good' knee, which probably explains his absence.
