    Worcester City

Worcester have just announced losses of close to 300,000. All is very much not rosey and they have almost spent the funds they received from selling St Georges Lane.

How the hell have they managed that playing at the level of what, Tuffley Rovers?

Kind of makes our financial situation look quite rosey!
Pitying people who need to drink alcohol to have a good time since 4th June 2017.

To bring this up again we have a lot to thank EMG for yes it would be nice to be back in the City but we still have a club playing at a good level with no debts

Anyone who thinks we can run our own clubs needs to take heed of this thread!

In recent years they've played (and beaten!) Coventry City, they've had Sheffield United at Brammal Lane, televised games, sell out crowd (albeit at Kiddy). Their downfall was bringing in players like Lee Hughes and Deon Burton paying (from what I've been told anyway..) absolutely crazy wages. Total financial mismanagement. Prudent to remember we've been close to this, remember that Colwyn Bay pay what you want game!

Exactly big thumbs up to EMG and many hero’s who don’t hog the limelight.

Lee Hughes has signed for Halesowen as a player.

The Tyler Weir merry-go-round must be starting its engine soon. I'd have him back, if it allows Lewis to play further forward.

Worcester City chairman says, the club may have to go "fully amateur" to afford a new stadium.
    Some mess they are in!
