Amazes me we are averaging more in Evesham than we did at Cirencester, considering most people look back at Ciren fondly and we were winning games!
Pitying people who need to drink alcohol to have a good time since 4th June 2017.

Considering recent gates, by the end of the season it will probably be less than 304 mind you. No large away supports likely either.

We did quite well in the North for attendances with the likes of F.C. UTD, Stockport etc swelling the numbers- not likely to get many visitors from East Thurrock etc as nice a people as I’m sure they are.

We seem to have strayed well away from the Tim thread?
    Anyhow....
Away support has been poor, from memory I think Bath City and Whitehawk stand out as bringing the most - surprising considering that Whitehawk are bottom?
Disappointing turnout from Weston last week when you consider on a Saturday we would probably have circa 100 down there?
I remember the dark days at Horton Road mid 1970's when 150-200 was average and 300 a good gate apart from the local Cheltenham game on a bank holiday, so bad at times(losing 0-5 at home to Bury Town) I even went to the odd game at Kingsholm until I came to my senses....

Yes that's right, based on the first 13 home games a quick look on TR suggests our lowest average attendance for league games since promotion is very much on the cards.

Good list that Dom, suppose certain seasons such as 12/13, 13/14 & 14/15 would be skewed slightly by the FA cup matches Orient, Fleetwood & FGR but it does show how much support has been lost by a combination of going to Evesham and lack of away support.

Looking at the early to mid 1990's and some of the numbers through the turnstiles, it's a much changed landscape these days given the amount of televised football on a Saturday compared to back then and also the general drop in interest from the younger age groups about actually going along to watch a football match. Not saying it's impossible to get back to those levels of support but it will be difficult
