Cirencester Town - Team Of The Year!!!!!

The Non League paper today were running it's annual awards and the so called "panel of experts" have suggested Cirencester in the Team of the Year category. Given the date, I guessed it was the biggest April Fool joke ever.

They were also mentioned in the Community Club of the Year for their youth development programme

Ciren are a nice, well organised club but team of the year is a bit of a joke :confused:

Not sure who I would give it to - maybe Hemel as a few people thought that they would struggle this season.

Just stick to the facts Neil and don't make something out of nothing. I saw it too - made me giggle but I gather it is more to do with the Community Club category.

Can't see Team of the year meself. Unless they meant the Under 12 A team ....
