Best City performance of the season so far. Absolutely fantastic.

Having Price, Smith, and especially Pitcher will prove too much for any team in our league if they fire on all cylinders. They made Elsie, Court, and Jeffro look like total mugs.

I really couldn't be happier. Can't wait til the draw on Monday. I'll take anyone, home or away.

BRING IT ON!

Fantastic. This was how we played away at Bromsgrove in the second half, utlising Pitcher's pace, getting it down the flanks, pure class. The coolness of pitcher's finishing is breathtaking, Dale Watkins won't be able to get back in the team at this rate.

Our ploy was pretty simple really, give it to Lee Smith so he could take the p*** out of an ageing and ballooning Elsey, that clown should really give up, he was slower than a tortoise walking through glue.

Shandy....I thought Bevan was crap again, needs to buck his ideas up.

Beaconsfield SYCOB 1 v 1 Chippenham Town
Banbury 1 v 4 Aylesbury
Glapwell 3 v 2 Rugby Town
VT FC 1 v 1 Bashley
Broxbourne Borough 1 v 1 Bedford

Ouch!

Fantastic result today, couldn't believe how well we were playing at some parts. Pitcher, Sawyer, Ricco and Pricey had fantastic games, but the day belongs to Jack. Simply immense.

Maybe the new flag is a lucky omen?

I also see our friends at Shortwood beat Tiverton 3-0 today!

That was an absolutely fantastic day out today.
A great all round performance from the lads.
Some class finishing by the Pitch.:notworthy:
Smudge was taking the Pi$$ especially in the first half.
Some good saves from Kev.
And Kids for a quid. Result.

I think Kings Lynn away couldn't have come at a better time.
The lads will be full of confidence without the pressure of a home game like they had after the win at Bromsgrove.

Not getting carried away or anything but I will be predicting a City win at the Lynn

Brilliant just brilliant, you can watch Match of the Day tonight and not see the sort of striking masterclass Pitcher gave Yate today. Beforehand I was worried about playing one of our "bogey" sides but after that I have no fears about the 2nd round draw.

An excellent day out

I hope Jacque was presented with the match ball, he deserved it!

After all it's not every day someone scores a nap hand.

Who on the Yate team shold be chosen to present it to him?

Awesome!!

The best performance from any visiting team at Lodge Rd. Probably even better than the Cheltenham team that beat us 4-0 in the GFA Cup last season.

I don't think anyone( Gloucester fans inc.) expected that.

As Match sponsor today it was our job to choose the Man of the Match. My God that was a tough decision. Having said that even when Pitcher had secured his hat-trick we were tempted to pick your no.3, he was outstanding, as was your no.7 as was Sawyer. However when Pitcher put away no.4 we made our decision. By the time it was announced, he'd scored 5. Bear in mind that I've never known an opposition player chosen as M.o.t.M.

3 of our group today had never been to Lodge Rd before today and were impressed with the quality on show. Not from anyone in a white shirt though!!
