I see Sky sports live online updates have it wrong again, they have the venue, as the city stadium. :tosser: They have only just got round to calling us the Blue Square.
Link here http://home.skysports.com/livescores/football/ I hope as the new lawn has direct link they will update as any scores as it happens as nomaly it only does your HT & FT score

Live scores say it was 518 attendance, I thought it was around 400-500 mark.

The 'Rockwool T-End' was a Cauldron tonight, I think you could see on the faces of the Yeltz fans what they thought of it :D
Fair result though, Ref had a decent game too.

I thought there was 380(?) there, Livescores says 518 which is fantastic if it is.

Crowd was 388.
Tim's interview is here (http://www.cityladies.co.uk/spf/th280807.wav) and at first glance Pablo has done a fantastic job in capturing Webby's goal
(you'll have to wait until tomorrow to see it though)
Fortunately he didn't get me in the background celebrating like an idiot :D:o

Nice, I didn't know whether I got it, heat of the moment and all that, also I think I waited until after the goal to cheer so you could hear the noise, which was bloody hard! lol

The atmosphere 1st half was great but (much like the game) seemed to die off in the 2nd half.
I think when we look back at the end of the season we will see this as a good result against a decent team who looked very good going forwards.
All in all a good first game at our new home ground and a fair result.

Also have to say that Muzzie and Webby did really well in the 1st half and Whitts always looked dangerous
I would guess at the attendance being 400 max.

Good game tonight, went 1-0 down totally against the run of play in my opinion but got the well deserved equaliser.
For me Ricco was man of the match tonight, won pretty much everything in the air.
Muzzzie and Webby also put in very good performances.
Oh and it was nice to meet Shandy tonight and put a face to the name.

Thanks to everybody who came, but lets keep working on (or giving lifts to) those who either didnt or couldnt get there tonight. A good start at our temp new home, but more needed ;)

All in all a good first game at our new home ground and a fair result. At the moment I'd say that's three out of the four teams played who were better than us.

i don't think that Bashley or Halesowen were better than us! if we knew what to do in the final third we would have beat both of them! Halesowen had three good players up front and that was it i thought! there defence looked nothing special and the keeper was poor!

I agree with that Clifty. Hey, there were times when they really looked under pressure, particularly in the beginning of the game and again in the last 20 mins.
'Turnstile' John went by and said the figure was somewhere round 400 !

I thought that Wilko had a good game when he came on! he is a battler and a hassler and he did just that! i thought that we looked better when he came on as there was more pressure being put on their defence and midfield, so less balls were coming forward to their strikers!

I thought Halesowen were a good side, their central midfield and attackers in particular stood out for me. As for our performance, too many long hopeful balls...whitts just isnt that sort of player, when we got the ball down and tried to play him into the channels we seemed much more of a threat. Im lloking forward to the highlights because i couldnt tell what happened for our goal
Thought mustoe was the best player out there last night. He seems to like the new lawn surface as I remember him having a stormer in the FGR friendly.

I agree with Clifty that I thought that Wilko played well when he came on and deserves a starting place in the next game, although he is not a quick player he breaks up the play a lot and hassles the opposition which then leaves Muzzie to do what he is good at and I feel that for this we looked a better team in the final 20 minutes.
My only negative for last nights game was that both the full backs looked a little inexperienced that Halesowen tried to take advantage of although this will come with experience.
I did think that Halesowen looked up for the game and this will happen with all the teams coming to the New Lawn as for this level this is a superb stadium, congratulations and thanks to all at Forest Green
Good luck to the players that got injured we need them back as soon as possible

Some comments
Kevin Sawyer, very safe under pressure.
Muzzle - excellent performance, got better as game went on. Webby - first half splendida fanastico, even won excellent well directed headers that Griff could have capitalised on.
Whitts - lively, looking sharper, first goal will open the floodgates. Wilko - closed down well, harried and daved. Respect for staying around at the club when he could have got a more regular game elsewhere, he's a fan as well as a player. Could we charge him £8.50 for those games he doesn't start?
Bevan - Piss poor. You'd be forgiven for thinking he didn't turn up.

I think that you are spot on here, which is why you know that wilko will always give 110% when he comes on! He will probably have his chance now as Rico looked really comfortable at the back, and with Rosey injured, there is a space for him!

A very small but important point;
I turned up at about ten past eight and paid the steward as the turnstile was shut. I'm sure the extra 1 on the gate and my £8.50 were recorded and banked, but I'd like to be sure!!
BTW - I think our directions should point out the detour on the A46!!

Maxijazz is right in a way, we are doing ok but BUT our full backs are letting us down by hoiking long balls up and over the top virtually every time. Halesowen looked a good side to me and the frightening thing is that they were missing four of fives players!

I felt we were quite one dimensional again yesterday, if we are going to play long balls than use Welshy. Our lack of pace at the back is a worry, Halesowen really used it to their advantage. With a bit more luck, and a better keeper they would have won that one. I didnt really feel were in it that much apart from very short spells, we really need to win the next one against Rugby United, Town, Vs Rugby, FC Rugby or whatever they have changed their name to by Saturday.
I also have to say fair play to the travelling army of Halesowen fans, really impressed that such a big club took a massive 25 or so supporters all that way, battling through the raging floods and making it out of Nailsworth with all that Gloucester rabble trying to feed on their blood whilst making colour related jibes towards them. Well done lads.
