The weather and lack of water has had quite an impact on GCAFCYD preparations for the coming season. However, we have still managed to get some games played.
In the week City Under 18 played Brockworth mens team and won 3-2. The Under 15s put up a very encouraging performance against an experienced Swindon Town squad, though it was Swindon that ran out winners.
Both matches were played away at venues which had running water.
