Tim Harris has asked me to put a heart-felt thank-you on here and the official site to Frome Town Football Club for their generosity last night - As well as a £300 donation from their raffle/collection, he was touched by another individual fan who pressed a cheque for £5 into his hand.
We all join Tim in expressing that gratitude.

Its these kind of people that make non league football as enjoyable as it is.

I would like to say a big thanks to the man/woman who organised this great gesture and to the Ladies who went round the ground selling raffle tickets in the first half and then again with a bucket for dontations in the second half and to the Club Frome! Top effort everyone! Great to raise so much considering the small crowd and away contingent!
Thanks again Frome!
I hope you do well this season as you played really well last night!:notworthy:

Agree with all that has been said above - it was really good to get that support from Frome, and everyone connected with Frome Town should be proud of themselves :notworthy:

On behalf of all of us at FTFC I'd like to thank you for your comments and thanks but it really isn't neccessary... if anything we would like to thank you because in the face of such adversity you are showing people exactly what it means to be a non-league fan/club and rallying around trying to make sure life goes on. Everything will come good for you once again! As people have said in previous posts you have come through a lot during your history and this is another that you WILL come through. Full credit to you all and good luck for the season. KEEP THE FAITH! :notworthy:

Many thanks to the Fromers - I'll be heading vaguely near shortly ... to get a bath! If you don't seem me passing thru' the town, please record my R.E.S.P.E.C.T. you are true football fans - the type we only see in "non-league"
