The 2nd XI won 6 - 5 away at Dursley this afternoon, moving up the table and opening a clear gap between themselves and Dursley Town who are in ninth place and in the second relegation spot; they(Dursley) have to play Oldland Abbotonians twice, Oldland still have a theorectical chance of winning the Division.

The 2nds have their final home game against Newent next Sunday at Wingets.

Dunno, had a quick email report from Rob Fyfe but he didn't give me any details, one nasty incident where our goalie had caught the ball standing up and the Dursley just ran in and took her legs out from under her, apparently the ref saw nothing wrong with it.

Nice work ladies. If my terrible memory serves me right, we played away Newent on the last game of last season and they beat us.

I very much hope we'll put that right this year. Plus we won't be wearing the blue away kit this time, right?

We're at home to Newent next week, Stella, then away to Cam. Oldland and finally Warden Hill.
