Team Bath Ladies have resigned from the South West Premier League, this is a huge shock.
They had their ground inspected in May, to see how the work had gone to meet ground grading requirements, and apparenetly a lot of cash had been spent.
From our point of view, it's one of the stronger teams in the League gone.

'Team Bath' re-appear in the FA Cup
Like a phoenix from the ashes and just days after the league was informed that Team Bath had resigned from the Premier Division, its name has re-appeared in the list of entries in the FA Women's Cup.
Although none of the entries have been confirmed yet, AFC Team Bath are listed as a Premier league, Southern Division club, a name change from Bristol City of last season. The re-appearance of the name does not square with the explanation given to the league for the withdrawal of Team Bath, which was for financial reasons. Now the Team Bath sports village appears to be sponsoring a club higher up the women's pyramid of football.
The league will ask the FA to investigate these circumstances and how a club name can suddenly be 'promoted' two leagues in the closed season and without kicking a ball. At the very least it would appear to be against the spirit of the regulations that control the promotion and relegation of women's football clubs.

I wonder if there is confusion as Clevedon have become Team Western, or something just as silly, the Team Bath FA Cup entry had to have been in by 30th June, before they withdrew from the League, which would explain why they are still listed.

Just checked the FA website, Team Western aka Clevedon have entered the Fa Cup, as have Bristol Academy, but no Bristol City. Merger?
