For those of who follow the county, Jon Lewis is bringing a Gloucestershire XI to play at Stone on Sunday (June 24th). Gates open at 1pm, Jon's coaching youngsters (all welcome) from 1.30pm and the game starts at 2pm.
Jon's team (so far) is Hamish Marshall, Ben Edmonson, Mark Hardinges, Steve Kirby, Carl Greenidge, David Brown, Kadeer Ali and Chris Taylor.
Admission is £3, kids free and there's a bar and barbecue at the ground all day. In case it rains, Jon and the Gloucestershire players will take part in a Q & A session in the clubhouse.
The ground is easy to find and is about half an hour from Gloucester . . . just travel down the A38, past Berkeley and it's on your right. There's free parking.
Commentary is by Paul Furley from BBC Radio Gloucestershire and this is a great opportunity to meet and mingle with the players.
