At the risk of upsetting the Indie boys I have to say that I love Grace Kelly by Mika. The title set me thinking of other film stars that have songs named after them.
Can anyone add to Michael Caine by Madness & Robert De Niro's Waiting by Bananarama?

To my ears an average song which has benefitted from excessive airtime, brainwashing the nation through repetition. I've never felt like Grace Kelly, and hope I never do, especially when driving.

Not exactly a legend but it fits the bill!
Also, did you know that the mpeg videos for both Weezer's "Buddy Holly" and "Good Times" by Edie Brickell & The New Bohemians were included on the original Windows 95 installation CD-ROM?

Paul Newman's Eyes by Dogs Die In Hot Cars is an awful song. Kim Wilde by Charlotte Hatherley is good though.

got the rong end of a short thread. I thort we were just naming songs with people's names, not neccessarily famous people. my bad. also, for the banner u asked about, make sure it has the city's famous tiger logo on.
