Does anyone want to use avatars?

I want to have City greats like I did on a previous incarnation of the COF...

I remember that. But then everyone starts looking the same!

It's good to have personal pictures I think. And maybe some text saying "Kenny Howard" for new members, that changes to "Jonny Miller" after 10 posts, etc.?
