It appears that after the Yeltz lost 1-2 at Chippenham today their manager allegedly headbutted striker Dean Brennan who was seen leaving the field with a massive black eye and bloodied shirt.

I'm now grateful that Tim only clipped me round the ear when I asked him about new strikers today!

The problem seems to be that the manager is also the owner and one of the main sources of income!

Neil,

How do we doctor this photo - like the body-builder thread?!?!?

I thought if I could put two massive ear-rings on him it could be Pat Butcher.

Many of the supporters are saying he should never play for the Yeltz again.

hmm He's technically the innocent party, although he does appear to have been gobbing off to the manager, but that is not excuse for what Morrell Maison did to him. I don't think Mr Maison will sack himself (he owns the club as well)

hmm they have short memories as he scored a hatful of goals last season and was being praised on a weekly basis.

This story has a long way to run yet, the police are involved and legal action I would say is definately on the cards.

Well, everyone who has linked to the photo of Brennan has removed it, so I guess I'd better had too.

It seems that the manager / chairman is staying at Halesowen and the fans are delighted. He only made a mistake he has said, if everyone who made mistakes in football quit then there would be no-one left.

So the alleged attacker (who is bankrolling the club) stays and the injured party will be let go (one is left to assume) and is being mocked by their fans (he can serve in the teabar).

And who said football fans were fickle?

Can we give him a trial?!?

The Chairman scolded me on Monday night for even suggesting it. I don't think our financial ability can match Mr Brennan's demands :frown:

"OF COURSE" we could afford him!

All we would have to say is, we are playing "the winging old gits" on the 25th October "at home"; he would play for nothing!

He should have got himself fighting fit by then!.
