If like me you're a sports nut the impemding build up to the Olympics will excite you... Has anyone got tickets, applied to volunteer or even anyone old enoigh to remember the last time the Olympics where held in London?(1948)?

To be honest I can't see what all the fuss is about, its good for the economy but that's about it.

Not so much London, but I was down Brixham for about a month and could see the Olympic yachting out in Torbay but of course they were too far out for me to make any sense of it.
