Here we go, excuses started already.

I've been up half the night looking after the kids while nursing a really nasty cold/cough/throat which has required regular dosing up with Bells. If that wasn't enough I've also got the two bob bits and have only been able to get out of the house having adapted a shopmobility scooter into a commode. And today I'm planning to hop a half marathon, with a dog on my back, as a protest against allowing Celine Dion to sing.

So when I turn up tonight I'll be knackered, smelly, coughing, sneezing and sitting near the toilet.
