Tonight sees Nuneaton v's Brackley and Chippenham v's Hednesford.
I assume, we, as a club want to see either Nuneaton or Hednesford win them to send us south with FGR?

Also, in the regional divisions both Hitchin and Totton had 100 points yet didn't win their leagues!

I think its a more a case of wanting Chippenham to win, pushing FGR up to the North according to http://www.mikeavery.co.uk/Steps%201-4%20in%202010-11.htm
But then again, if you listen to this from Colin Peake, then he would prefer to be in a division with Bath & Chippenham - if he thinks Chipps would take anywhere near the numbers we would to TNL then hes deluded.

Something about Colin Peake and Gloucester City that happened years ago that twists him, strange for a bloke that lives in Saintbridge.

Chipp 1-0 up with five minutes to go.
Contrary to what I said earlier a more southerly playoff winner will mean we're more likely to be in the same league as FGR next year, so come on you Bluebirds!

Nuneaton should have no problem getting promotion they are the 2nd best team in that league by a mile. Obviously doesnt always work out like that but its not like they had the disappointment of not winning the league because they never really had a massive chance of catching Farnborough.

In fairness to Colin....he did secure 10K for us from British Gas when we first moved to FGR due to the flood, secondly he met my late husband along with others, to discuss ways of reorganising the Supporters Club when GCAFC went into meltdown ! There are valid reasons why Colin didnot joint our Club many years ago.
