If there is then the managerial knowhow isn't really cutting it is it?

I mean, how's this for encouragment and touchline coaching!

Maybe he's got a couple of premiership players tied up in there or something, because, with no disrespect to Ciren, their team does not compare to our's any more, like our's didn't compare to their's 2/3 seasons ago. Their squad had very few established Southern League players, and was not good enough to stay up.

I hope they do well in the league below, and I think they probably will.

I also hope Ciren do well, but never of course at our expense (on or off the field). There was certainly some 'motivation' taking place from their changing room at half time as I passed by, with the air being turned all colours blue, and little Sam asking me for definitions of post watershed words. In particular the C word was heavily used, but I explained to Sam that was the name of the photographer, and he seemed quite happy with that. Sorry, Neil.

Bully just can't resist, can he? Stirring, to get a reaction to Adi claiming his players are better than Tim's? As usual, he's grabbed at the wrong end of his sh*tty stick.

It is actually about the difference between the teams in terms of heart, desire and strength. Which is exactly right. Very honest, if undiplomatic, of Mr V to say that.

Joe's point is well made. There is at the moment a huge gulf between the way two teams, of comparable ability in several positions, went about their jobs this season.

Got to agree with Shandy - turning the air blue at half time may have made his point but, personally, I'm not sure blowing a demoralised team apart is going to endear him to them.

He has asked the ones he wants to come back to let him know this week. I suspect more than a few will already be on the phones looking for other places to play next year.

If they don't find one, maybe they will reflect on the heart and desire bit of Adi's view on what a footballer must do for himself

Course it was. I, like many others, read the article. Have my own views about some of it, but those stay within our house.

Maybe you should direct your comments to Bully - what was he wanting to achieve, apart from mischief, in posting about it on the CoF?

Anyways, you enjoy the summer and I'll no doubt see you all too soon

Or maybe he, like many others, found the comment rather amusing considering the 4-1 mauling you just took....

Anyway, you'll be pleased to know you will have Southern premier football to watch at Cirencester next season

The way things are going so will Ciren!

There are big noises going around that WSM are going to be reprieved again whilst Cambridge are relegated due to their ground failing the Conf South gradings...

Its not just big noises Neil its been confirmed. Cambridge are appealing to the FA about it and are hopeful of the decision being turned around. Still Weston will have someway to go to catch up Altrincham whom look like they might be reprived for the 4th time due to Halifax possibly being sent down to the Unibond

Just a thought but if cambridge city can't stay up because of there ground and not allowed to ground share with utd. How can they let team tax go up they have a ground. But ground share with bath city for ground grade reasons:confused:

The rules state that you cant get around grading issues by ground sharing thus Cambridge cant suddenly decide to move grounds just to stay in the league.
