Will Saturdays match be a fore taste for next season, in that City will not be at a disavantage to other teams who have mastered the "Black ART" of using the slope on their own pitch, leaving City with a hill to climb!
Over the years City have sometimes been given the run around, by those who have mastered "IT", no less Ciren a couple of years ago, who done City with their slick free kicks.

These are some of the other pitches with "slopes".

Gresley---Redditch---Worcester---Magnotsfield

Hemel----Bromsgrove---Sporting Chippenham

Twerton Park---Old Trafford---Taunton--Rugby

Cinderford---Clevedon---Rothwell ---Shepshed??

These are the ones I can think off, perhaps there are more?

The slope is no concern for me, it's the crosswinds that will ruin games.

I think we should put airsocks on the corner flags!

Or, shoulder stack supporters as a wind break, depending on which way the wind is blowing:biggrin:
