The FA are at it again. There's a hearing on Tuesday to deal with QPR's alleged player ownership misdemeanor. (http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/q/qpr/9420413.stm) This was after this article, dated March 10th 2011 (http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/q/qpr/9421321.stm), suggested that the FA wanted the matter sorted out quickly to prevent it rumbling on all summer.

Today, April 29th, The Sun report that QPR could receive a 15 point deduction (http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/football/3553711/The-FA-are-set-to-strip-QPR-of-promotion-to-the-Premier-League.html) on Tuesday with 7 days to appeal - beyond the end of the regular season! A 15 point deduction will hand promotion to Norwich and Cardiff (remember Cardiff run crying to the FAW when things get nasty in England)

QPR FC have issued a statement (http://www.qpr.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10373~2349715,00.html) stating they're in contact with the FA with regards to today's Sun article.

What a complete and utter balls up and farce this could develop into..!

It's the AGM Cup on a national scale where the rest of the footballing populous have to sit up and take notice, unlike when it happens in the Conference.

The FA set a president where they didn't dock West Ham any points a few seasons back for exactly the same thing.

Obviously West Ham are the FGR of the Premiership so will always get preferential treatment mind you..
