I was gonna say, I had the Yeltz down to win 7-0!
As for our game, Tim feels like it's two points dropped (I agree). Although I'm sure Banbury will feel the same way, so I guess a draw was a fair result.
Jack should've scored the winner for us but dragged his lob wide of the far post.
Listen to Tim's interview in full here (http://www.cityladies.co.uk/spf/th150308.wav)

I'm not having it as two points dropped. Kev saved at least 2 1-on-1's from the Banbury strikers when we were 1 down, and if either of those had beat him, it would have been game over.
I didn't think we were going to get the goal, so I'm content with the point. Yes we missed chances to win late on, but they had an open goal and slid it wide.
Good, action packed match, even if the quality wasn't always brilliant.

Has nobody anything to say about yesterdays match?
Very few complaints or compliments about a match it would be fair to say, we could have won,or quite as easily lost!
I don't think there has been so few comments on here, about any match as this one!

In reply to Tommy . . .
A game of two halves and not pretty to watch.
First half the ball seemed to be more in the air than on the ground, with virtually no passing.
Second half - missed opportunites and still scrappy.

I thought their fans were a friendly bunch and one of thir supporters showed us where to park and cut through to get to the ground. They were quiet supporters though, not much volume to them.
Not that we were loud first half because the team weren't that great first half, lots of possession but not much end product. In fact we really should have been 2-0 down at Half-Time.
Second Half was a different story, chance after chance came our way and we couldn't finish them. Banbury were very quick on the breakaway's and there number 10 (Gordon) was particularly dangerous.
The final score should have been 10-4 to us based on clear chances, but the pitch and the rain didn't help matters. Also Banbury's defence was quite solid.
I think Tim got one thing wrong Saturday, he should have played Will Morford from the start and maybe put Marcus on for the last 10 minutes or so and not the other way round. Will was a constant threat when he came on, Marcus unfortunately didn't really do anything in this game of note.
