I am hoarse after this game, and what a cracking game it was.

City were 3 - 0 up in the first half, Vicky "The Cat" Fyfe saved a penalty in the first half, with Cam coming back in the second half as our lack of fitness showed a little and we lost players through injury.
Squibby had to come off in the first half with a knee injury, and was replaced by Jo, then in the second half we lost Hannah with a foot injury, she was replaced by Ruth. Sian suffered some really bad cramp, but kept going.

Cam are top of the League for a reason, they are good; and although they appeared shell shocked in the first half they gradually got back into the game, and slowly pulled the goals back.

Player of the match went to Vicky Fyfe, who made save after save; she was outstanding. There isn't a player who played badly, everyone made a superb contribution to the game. Kelly and Katie up front scared the living daylights out of the Cam back four; Sian made some fantastic runs as did Hayley. Squibby then Jo at centre midfield were outstanding, as was Mel who for me has been the player of the season. Sarah playing at right back again was magnificent; Hannah was brilliant until she had to come off, Lana looks classier and classier every game at centre half; and as for Sandra she was everywhere in the back.

This was a huge performance, and it was extremely noticeable; Cam all disappeared after the game quite quickly; without being unkind not so much Bulldogs more like Hush Puppies. They had lost two points and it showed.

Game was marred by a serious injury to a Cam player who may have a fracture, after a challenge on Vicky Fyfe, both players going for a 50 50 ball, unfortunately the Cam player was carried off, and was taken to hospital with a suspected fracture.

City played for their pride today, and by hell they can be proud, outstanding.

Well from what I seen of the game was just great 3 goals from city a penalty save from vicky . Then it started to rain so I took to the kids to KFC and that was not as enjoyable as the football i witnessed it was superb. I can see why Cam are at the top of the Table However it has taken them Years to get there and I mean Years they have got more players in and they have got another coach aswell as the manager they had years ago (forget the mans name ) . However seeing the way the second XV played I cant see why you are bottom of the league ? good luck for your last game and if you do get relegated then you can only come back stronger .

You just reminded me Terry, a big thank you to everyone who turned out to support the team today, it made a difference; and you're absolutely right Terry; if we do go down we will be back a lot stronger.

On another note Phil Id thought you would have given up on justgiving as if can remember right when I done the London Marathon in conjuction with the spring centre you or they couldont find the money that was paid through it around £400 although it was taken from the peoples CC and DD Cards . I would have thought a lesson to be learned from that experience . ?????

No it works fine, so long as you know you need to watch your accounts; which for some reason the Spring Centre didn't realise they had to.

Never mind justgiving, you'd think at my age I'd give up doing stupid things; I still can't believe I got roped into it.
