If you are one of those who check out the youth sides website, you will know already that Kenny Blackburn was interviewed yesterday on Forest of Dean Radio. In a 10 min slot, Ken gave the audience an insight to the youth set up, how the sides have done and how some lads have made the step up to the first team.
The interview also touched on the First Teams push up the league table and gave credit to Hartpury and Cinderford Town who have been so helpful to our 'homeless' Under 18 squad this season, as have Slimbridge.
This was great PR for the club and it was good to hear the positive comments made by the presenters encouraging the Forresters to come up and watch City youth next time we are at The Causeway.
