I'm currently working on making a better version of this clip but to get it on the internet it loses a lot of the quality thats in the DVD that I can watch on TV. But for those that want to see it, here is the clip that Jack got of Rudge's elbow on Matt Rose.

Although, for my money I reckon the one by Phil Walsh on Ashley Thomas was worse and it didn't even warrant a booking!

That second one is disgraceful, the first one is bad enough if you concentrate on Rudge's arm you appreciate its thugerocity even more

Problem is if you raise your hand at all you are in danger of getting sent off, from the Referees view point he probably had no choice.

Maybe there was real no malice involved in Rudge's fowl (if you could get a clearer view maybe it would change my mind).

that was brutal. the more you see it the worse it looks. He knew exactly what he had done. really pleased that the ref saw it:eek::eek:

The Rudge elbow was worse for me, he knew exactly what he was doing.

I think he was hoping that the ref would be following the ball and miss the foul - surely he knows by now that refs at this level are a minimum 5 seconds behind the ball :tongue:

I would maybe suggest sending that video to the Southern League and getting him banned for more than a few games. That's assault!

Makes me wince just watching this.

Isn't there some talk of the FA bringing in rules that will allow players to sue for ABH/GBH. What a pity Rosey can't do this thug on those very grounds.
