Absolute rubbish - if there was no truth in such a serious allegation, and the ban was for something different to the infamous incident, then you would definitely make sure that came out. Hell, I would be taking the papers to court - sexual assault is a ball park away from smearing fruit in someone's face and you'd wipe the floor with them. I don't believe him.

Is Mark H back at the Citizen, this story plus the unusually low key coverage of the 8-1 drubbing seems to have the prints of a Cheltenham fan all over them.

How does that work? Bishops Cleeve player retires, hardly back page news, I could understand the Cheltenham angle but then they have no place in the Citizen, they're Echo subject matter.
