Nice to see you're tuned in to what people think about you David, I know there are many more than me who won't miss your disgraceful cynicism and cheating. A very poor example to players of tomorrow, today and whenever.

I do thank you however for some wonderful memories earlier this year when Lee Smith made you look like dogfood.

Talking of food, I hope your party organisers have warned the caterers to order an arctic (lorry AND roll), although with Yate's average attendances I suppose there will be plenty to go around. Be careful not to slip on Yatesman's pschyophantic drool.

Goodbye

I agree Clifty, Shandy is a complete and utter :tosser:, all this time he's had it wrong about Els, still at least he's got the facts straight now.

Oh , by the way Shandy, try spellchecking your post. See what happens when small minded, wanna be smug b*st*rds like yourself try using big words:biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:

Doesn't matter how words are spelt so long as their meaning is meant and understood, I think in this case they most definitely are.

Yatesman, I realise after seeing you last week why you always give it large whilst hiding behind your computer screen...... Its because your dog looks more scary than you.

This act you put on whilst on the forums is simply a facade and to be honest its a bit boring.

He's left a little message for Shandy......http://yatetownsc.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=67I think FatBoy's being far too modest don't you Shandy?.He grabbed Wilko by the nads AND stamped on his toe at the same time to get him sent off when he retaliated.... Just remember Els that cheats and liars no more get on in Canada than they do here, now f**k the right off.

Im still trying to work out how we swapped Dale Watkins for him in what still has to be the worse transfer deal in history.

Always good for a laugh, was Els. Last season, as we were on the tree side, a throw in to Yate. Ref tells Els to hurry up and he replies, truthfully, "I'm going as fast as I can". Wish you well, Dave. No malice in you, unlike some.

Elsey really found his level with Yate and Mangotsfield and was always a threat with his left foot. I can remember when he played a PSF for us at Cirencester and rattled Kev Sawyer's crossbar with piledriver from outside the area. He never quite made the grade when he was with us though and was virtually bombed out after a shocking home defeat to Ashford Town in 1998.

It's a shame that he had to supplement his game with the dirty tricks that he used to get Wilko sent off, that really spoiled my memory of him.

Good luck to him in Canada, but I gotta say, if he likes the burgers over here he'll be in heaven over there with all the choice that they have, the main roads are one fast food joint after another!

I don't care what that :tosser: says, we were stood behind the goal about ten yards away from the incident and he definately grabbed wilko's nuts. The fact that he openly admits that he stamped on his foot to get a retaliation just shows what a dirty, cheating, fat :tosser: he really is!

I'd like to think it was simply that Wilko had the better of him and it was frustrating him, but I think Yate were in the ascendency in that game, and it was just very poor gamesmanship.

I never saw him play for City, I hope he wasn't the same in a Tigers shirt.

I think his emigration coincides with a realisation that he started to go quickly downhill, in terms of fitness especially, he was an enormous shadow of his previous eclipse self the last time I saw him play.

I hope he doesn't think that the hate many at Southern League have towards him is a grudging respect of him as a classy and difficult opponent. His cynicism and blatant cheating masks any ability he has, and this thread should in no way be seen as a backhanded compliment.

I'm sure there will be plenty of backslapping at his party (isn't it sad when you have to promote/organise your own farewell) but remember that even Barrymore has friends. Just make sure there isn't a swimming pool anywhere near.

.

I think the hate many have is confined to yourself and a couple of your sycophants( note spelling!)

I definitely see your enmity towards Mr Elsey as evidence of your grudging acceptance of the man's fantastic abiliity.

Pity you were unable to find a more positive way in which to express your admiration. Something for which you shall be forever tainted:tosser:
