He doesn't like the Emirates Stadium!
(as if you need warning, there is swearing)
What a turd. I wonder how many games he's actually been to?
He should stick to selling butter....

I think he's quite a committed Gooner actually. I remember him being on Fantasy World Cup, pissed, telling Skinner & Baddiel how he couldn't care about England, just Arsenal. When they came back from the ads he'd been removed from the studio!

I have customer who is the same. Mad keen Man U fan (from Cheltenham, obviously) who doesn't even watch the World cup because England have Liverpool players. Coincidentally, he is also a massive turd.

Agreed. Absolutely no respect for the guy, not because he sold out, but because he sold out after so aggressively fighting for so many years the system he is now so much part of!

You've obviously never been there.
I went there in Boro's last season in the Prem.
Walked past some pub near the Emirates (can't remember the name of it) and I kid you not there was some bad bwoy BMW parked outside with some black kiddie in an Arsenal shirt dj'ing out of the boot with these huge Cerwin Vega speakers out the windows blarring out his latest samples of grime and 2 step with all these Arsenal bloods dipping low to it in the beer garden. Bizarre.
In the concourse their plasma screens have constant loops of this Barney the dinosaur thing holding hands and skipping around a football pitch with what looked like Madonna's various ethnicity kids all wearing Arsenal memorabilia.
In the ground said dinosaur walked around the pitch firing out T-shirts to the home fans with a imaginary canon. We lost 2 nil but you could hear a pin drop, 10 mins from the end some geezer in the Arsenal end shouts out "Barrra are shit" which, going by the rapturous laughter it brought by the rest of the mongs sat in there, must had been the wittiest thing they'd heard all season.
End of the game from the walk from the away end all the way to Finsbury park there was only 1 Arsenal couple we heard who spoke English, the others seemed to be a mix of French, Greek, Turkish and Somalian. The vast majority of these people had multiple Arsenal megastore bags, I presume filled to the brim with Arsenal lampshades and Nigel Winterburn duvet sets.
Easily the most relaxed day out ever watching a football match in terms of being an away fan. Also the only place I'd been that season where if you stood up you'd get threatened to be ejected by the Nazi throngs of police and stewards literally within seconds.
I'd hate to have to go that place every week, it must be like watching the ****ing LA Lakers or something.

He's still a turd though.
Yeah it's not exactly my type of ground, and I've heard the atmosphere is rubbish, but I'm more questionning his credentials to comment on it, or any other subject for the matter. He's a knob.
