Magnificent win for Under 18s

With only 11 players available for the game, and half of those still eligible to play for the Under 16's the lads secured a superb 3-1 away win last night. A superb effort from all involved which says a lot about the strength in depth we are starting to build at GCAFCYD

Thoroughly deserved with some quality football played. City got off to the perfect start with goals from Dan Wixey (4), Jack Twyman (7) on his debut, and Alex Cuthbert (67) to make things safe.

There were some tired legs on a softish pitch at the end, but the team showed great character to keep going the full ninety minutes.
