Yes he is, we all hate him too!
He is one of those people, I think they are known as........ oh, what's the word?........pillocks, who seem to delight at trying in their own pre-pubescent and ill-educated way of winding people up. I'm sure you must have one or two, we all have. Just ignore him - we try to, but he won't sod off so I suppose we're stuck with him!
