I have been thinking with the Supporter's v's Player's game coming up soon and that we are now using video technology, whether it might be a fun idea to get the players to do a Soccer AM style Crossbar Challenge. Basically hitting the crossbar from the halfway line, it can be very funny!...

Just an idea anyways? Here's Hereford Utd.'s example of how they do it below...

Where is it?? You didn't attach a link.

I'd love to have a go at doing that Pablo but it would take a few volunteers with cameras and we'd have to be there extra early to be able to do it in the good light.

Click on the youtube Icon, enter the text that you want displayed and then insert the youtube video code (the jumble of letters and numbers AFTER the = symbol) between the /]*[ brackets (where the *) is....

I would be up for doing one of the camera, you probably only need two. One for them to introduce themselves and another from behind them for the shot...

and one for the crossbar.....

and one for the crossbar.....

They don't do that on Soccer AM. They just stay behind the kicker all the way, and you can see the ball bounce/miss.

EDIT: Just noticed on that clip that they do show the bar when they hit it, but it's hardly essential. I'll stand behind the goal and retrieve the balls!
