Something that wont be mentioned is the disgusting behaviour of some 'fans' on the train to Southampton.

I dont get too many away games due to family and work commitments but as I have family down that way I thought I could justify a trip that way easily. I didnt travel on the coaches as I planned to stay in the area after the match, so the train fitted my needs.

Unfotunatly what I didnt bank on was these fans behaviour which if that is and in most peoples case on that train will have been there only experience of a Cheltenham Town football supporter will make us look like a bunch of foul mouthed hooligans. If the sentence didn't contain the words f**k, bol**ks or c**t then it wasnt worth them saying and too cap it off then theft for the trolley of a packet of jaffa cakes. When a fellow passenger confronted them about the theft he was told to shut up and f**k off and that they had a right too steal them as they had been over charged for the cans of booze bought on the train and the ticket prices were too high, but also she shouldnt be working on a train anyway she was polish and was nicking english peoples jobs so it didnt matter she should f**k off back too her country, she should be lucky we have let her in this country all the normal xenophobic comments. This chap eventually got off at Romsey where he spoke with the train guard about there behaviour.

Upon arrival in Southampton I heard other passengers speaking with train staff about the behaviour of other passengers and they wanted to complain about them to the train company, the members off staff told them where to write there complaints too but also told them it might also be worth complaining to Cheltenham Town football club as thats the team those fans support. I on this occasion really hope that those passengers do actually bother to write to the club and complain about them, I'm sure that the club know there fans arent all saints when travelling but they really are tarnishing the good supporters of this club with a bad name.

Low and behold some of our fans were removed from St Marys yesterday and guess who they were yep thats right the same idiots as those on the train. I know nothing can be done about them as they travelled independently of the club but they are bring the clubs name down with them.

I sincerely hope that the Southampton fan I saw near to Palmerston Park with his face full of blood had nothing too do with us either.

You can take the Cheltenham fan out of the council estate, but you can't take the council estate out of the Cheltenham fan.
